Thunder Thighs – How to get rid of them

Some girls hate the way their butt looks, some girls can’t stand their stomachs and some girls hate their flabby arms.

My problem was actually none of those. I had god-awful Thunder Thighs that would drive me nuts!

I couldn’t stand the way I looked in any pair of pants and I hated wearing any pants that were remotely tight.

I will share you  my story, experience and advice to anyone who wants to get thin legs and get rid of their thunder thighs.

Step 1) Lower calorie intake and reduce carbs. — This will allow you to efficienty loose weight from workouts because you will not have a huge amount of unnecessary calories to burn.

Step 2) Do quad workouts, (Lunges, squats, running, stretches). — Although loosing fat in just one area is impossible, toning and tighting up your thighs will make them appear much smaller.

Step 3) At least 20 mins of cardio everyday. BUT, try to incorporate  either biking or running — These exercises will help to tighten up quads.

Every girl can agree that the reason we all fail with diets is because we hate eating strict and we tend to over eat after being starved from diet food. Hoodia helped me suppress my appetite and completely curb my hunger. It allowed me to become strict with my diet and stick to my game plan; eat a low amount of calories and burn more than I eat. How To Loose 5 Pounds In A Week With Hoodia

I am writing this article to share my personal experience of my first week taking Hoodia while dieting and doing light cardio exercise. I will break down how I lost 5 pounds in one week and share an in-depth analysis of my diet, exercise and amount of Hoodia I was taking. If you follow this closely and are dedicated enough, you can loose this much weight as well. So, pay attention and take notes because this information will help you shed fat in just one week.

First, I will cover my diet. I was not eating some crazy rabbit food diet and starving myself. I was actually eating very healthy and tasty foods.

For that week, my meals were as follows:


Breakfast:

  • Egg whites with oatmeal and fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries TIP* Stick with berries, they are high in natural antioxidants)
    or
  • High fiber, low sugar cereal with skim milk and fruit (as mentioned above)
    or
  • A fruit smoothie consisting of: berries, low fat yogurt, natural orange juice, bananas, ice, skim milk.

 

Snack:

  • Almonds
    or
  • Walnuts
    or
  • Vegetables
    or
  • Hazelnuts
    or
  • Peanuts

 

Lunch:

  • Salad, Turkey sandwich with wholegrain bread, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce.
    or
  • Two peanut butter toasts on wholegrain bread with a broccoli side.
    or
  • Tuna wrap on a wholegrain wrap with light mayo, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and a salad.

 

Snack (as mentioned above)

 

Dinner:

  • 1 Chicken breast, whole grain rice, broccoli.
    OR
  • 1 Piece of Salmon, Red potato, salad.

 

Snack (as mentioned above)

Note that you could mix and match the items for each meal but that is the diet I followed.


How Hoodia Played A Major Role In Following This Diet

As you may know, Hoodia helps to suppress your appetite allowing you to eat smaller portions and not get hungry as often. With this diet, along with just about every other, the idea is to not overeat. Overeating is what causes a belly and your metabolism to slow right down. I was taking three 495mg pills of pure Hoodia per day and it made me feel ALOT less hungry. It allowed me to eat reasonable portions and literally stopped me from overeating. That is how I got alot of my results. I actually stuck to my game plan and ate good portions. I have tried a similar diet in the past and I ended up overeating big time because I just felt too hungry and I couldn’t fight the urge. By the end of the week I was 5.3lbs lighter and my metabolism sped up immensely. After that, I continued taking Hoodia and continued to see great results.

 

The Light Exercise That I Incorporated Into The Diet

I am not one who has too much time to be at the gym for hours doing extensive cardio workouts because of the busy life I lead. The cardio workouts I did were very easy and quite relaxed. I chose to go on the exercise bike as my method of cardio. The bike is easy on your joints, not too physically exerting and can be quite relaxing. I planned it out so that I went to the gym about an hour after my supper. This really helped to burn off the biggest meal of the day. I did medium speed for about 20 -30 minutes each day. The idea is to go at a pace that you feel comfortable with and one that would not be too intense. It is believed that doing an easy speed and keeping your heart rate at about 60% – 80% is optimal for fat burning.

 

Conclusion

So there you have it, with the combination of exercise, diet and Hoodia, I was able to loose over 5lbs in just one week!
Although your results may very, I can certainly tell you this; if you follow closely to what I did and stay dedicated, you will be able to cut body fat and speed up your metabolism.
I can’t say enough good things about how Hoodia really helped me to take this diet seriously  and eat just enough so that I was full. It played a huge role in my success.
